- 2 avocados whole
- 1 lb bacon
Peel and remove avocado pits, then peel and remove skins.
Slice avocados into equal size wedges.
Wrap each wedge with a slice of bacon, covering the entire wedge.
Place wedges with the end piece of the bacon face down in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until bacon is crispy and cooked to your desired doneness.
Add toppings – I love squeezing a bit of fresh lime juice on top of the large avocados once they’re cooked. You can also add cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, or even diced red peppers and onion.
Add extra seasoning – These avocado slices would be delicious with a little bit of garlic powder or a combination of dry rubs.
