Carefully remove the breakfast sandwich from the air fryer, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
NOTES
This recipe was made with a basket style 5.8 quart Cosori Air Fryer. If you are using a different size or different brand of air fryer, your breakfast sandwich cooking time may need to be adjusted.
You can use your favorite breads with this recipe. I love to use classic white and also wheat bread.
It’s best to use a thin cut of bacon. Thicker bacon will need more cook time and will need to be cooked for a few minutes before placing it on the breakfast sandwich.
If you want your egg to be a little runnier, consider decreasing the cooking time from 8 minutes to about 6-7 minutes, depending on your preferred consistency.
