INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup almonds whole or slivers
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, with oil, nuts, honey, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Toss together to combine.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, and pour granola over the lining.

Air fry at 300 degrees F for 15-18 minutes, stirring 2-3 times during the air frying process.

Transfer to a bowl or spread out on parchment paper and allow granola to cool. It will harden a bit as it cools so it breaks into small clumps.

After air frying and the granola cools, add mix-ins!
