Air Fryer Granola is a good option for a healthy snack or an easy breakfast. Making your own homemade granola in the air fryer will give you perfectly crunchy granola every single time!

The fun part is that you get to use some of the most favorite granola ingredients to create a small batch of air-fryer granola that is so much better than anything that you would get at the store! Low-fuss granola for the win!

This easy recipe is a great addition to your snack pantry and is perfect for picnics, hikes, or even packing for school lunches as well. There are so many ways to enjoy this easy air fryer granola recipe, so there is no time to wait!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almonds whole or slivers
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • optional toppings

Optional Toppings:

Chocolate chips, Additional Nuts, Raisins, Coconut, Chocolate candies, Dried fruits, such as blueberries, cherries, or cranberries, Banana chips, Freeze Dried strawberries, Fresh fruit, Yogurt raisins, Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, with oil, nuts, honey, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Toss together to combine.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, and pour granola over the lining.
  • Air fry at 300 degrees F for 15-18 minutes, stirring 2-3 times during the air frying process.
  • Transfer to a bowl or spread out on parchment paper and allow granola to cool. It will harden a bit as it cools so it breaks into small clumps.
  • After air frying and the granola cools, add mix-ins!

NOTES

Topping Suggestions

Add a tablespoon of whatever you like to the granola. A few suggestions are:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Additional Nuts
  • Raisins
  • Coconut
  • Chocolate candies
  • Dried fruits, such as blueberries, cherries, or cranberries
  • Banana chips
  • Freeze Dried strawberries
  • Fresh fruit
  • Yogurt raisins
  • Coconut
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Flax seeds
