INGREDIENTS
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 jalapenos medium and chopped
- 2 bacon slices crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, and bacon slices. Stir together to combine.

Lay out wrappers with corners left and right. Spoon mixture into the center of the wonton.

Fold bottom corn over the filling and tuck under. Next, fold in the left and right corners, and then turn over, to make a large pillow shape.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket, and place each Egg Roll in the basket without stacking or overlapping. Lightly spray each egg roll to help with crispness and color.

Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn halfway during the air frying process.

Add seasonings – If you want to add a little bit of garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, or any other flavors, go for it!
