Lay out wrappers with corners left and right. Spoon mixture into the center of the wonton.
Fold bottom corn over the filling and tuck under. Next, fold in the left and right corners, and then turn over, to make a large pillow shape.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket, and place each Egg Roll in the basket without stacking or overlapping. Lightly spray each egg roll to help with crispness and color.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn halfway during the air frying process.
Add seasonings – If you want to add a little bit of garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, or any other flavors, go for it!
Add varied ingredients – When making this perfect appetizer, you can add other ingredients to the spring roll wrappers. You just need to make sure that you don’t overfill, otherwise, the edges of the wrapper won’t seal.
Add some mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, diced green onions, bacon bits, or anything else that would change up the flavor.
